Q:Why choose four-roller rolling machine for liner production line?

A:The four-roller rolling machine has two advantages: 1. Higher rolling accuracy; 2. Suitable for thicker plates.

The liner product is composed of a middle barrel and two end heads. Nowadays, more splicing methods are used, so the roundness requirements are higher.And the thickness is generally 1-2mm. Combining these two points, we recommend using a four-roller rolling machine.

Q:What is Liner Tank Rotary Cutting Machine?

A:The inner tank of the water heater is composed of a middle barrel and end caps at both ends,end cap is also called head.The head is generally semi-arc-shaped and is formed by stretching with a hydraulic press. After forming, there will be excess edge material around it. The Liner Tank Rotary Cutting Machine is a device for cutting these edge materials.

Q:What is a Double Head Belling Machine?

A:The assembly process of the inner tank and the head is divided into overlapping and splicing methods.The overlapping method requires the use of Double Head Belling Machine.It expands both ends of the barrel to facilitate assembly with the head.

Q:What is a Clench machine?Could you give me a detailed introduction?

A:Of course,It is a device that assembles the middle barrel and the two end heads together.If it is assembled by overlapping process, it will use pressure wheel to press the middle barrel and the head tightly to facilitate subsequent welding; if it is assembled by splicing process, it will use spot welding to fix the middle barrel and the head.

A:After the middle barrel and the two end heads are assembled, the girth welder will weld the joints. We use two welding guns to weld together.

Q:What is Leak Test Machine?

A:After the inner liner is produced, it needs to be tested by water testing equipment to pass the test before it can leave the factory. This is a very important step.The formed inner liner is installed with a plug and then undergoes liquid testing. The inner liner with leaks needs to be repaired with welds, and only the inner liner without leaks is a qualified product.
