Equipment Introduction

1.This equipment is used to detect the quality of the weld seam of the inner tank of the electric water heater after welding

2.The water tank is welded with stainless steel. The tank body is formed by bending 3mm stainless steel plate as a whole. A searchlight is installed at the bottom of the water tank to facilitate observation of leak detection. A drain port is provided under the water tank. The outer frame is welded with a rectangular pipe frame. A searchlight is installed outside the water tank to facilitate clear observation of leak detection. A Φ50mm drain port is provided under the water tank and is controlled by a ball valve

3.The inflatable plug is made of polyurethane material and has a guiding function at the front end

4.The bracket is driven by a cylinder and moves smoothly on the left and right guide rails
