Q:What is an end cap?And what is End cap rotary cutting machine?

A:The covers at both ends of the outer cylinder of the electric water heater are the end caps. The end caps are the entrances for internal maintenance. Therefore, we use a snap-fit process between the end caps and the middle cylinder to ensure stability and facilitate installation.

The end cap is formed by flat plate stamping. There will be excess edge material around it after stamping. This machine can cut off the edge material smoothly.

Q:What is a edge spinning machine?

A:Edge spinning machine,also known as necking-in machine.The machine is used for curling the ends of the barrel. Because the barrel and the end cap are assembled by snap-fitting, the barrel needs to be curled to make the two ends into the required shape.

Q:What is the difference between a single-head edge spinning machine and a double-head edge spinning machine?

A:Both machines are for barrel hemming.

Single-head machines are manually loaded and unloaded and require manual operation. They are relatively cheap and are suitable for products with low production requirements.

The double-head machine can be fully automatic and directly connected to the fully automatic production line. It is suitable for products with high production requirements.

Q:What is special shaped edge spinning machine?

A:Different electric water heater product structures require different process flows. If the water heater is designed with only one inner tank, directly choose the necking-in machine. If the water heater is designed with two inner tanks, you need to consider the special shaped edge spinning machine.The mold of this machine is manufactured according to the design drawings of the product. It can produce round, oval or square shapes. Please consult for specific details.

Q:What is the difference between a three-roller rolling machine and a four-roller rolling machine?

A:The difference between a three-roller rolling machine and a four-roller rolling machine lies in the rolling accuracy. The four-roller rolling machine has better rolling accuracy and is more expensive.Three-roller rolling machine is suitable for sheet metal with thickness of 0.3-0.6mm.Four-roller rolling machine is suitable for sheet metal with thickness of 1.2-2mm.

The water heater shell generally uses a three-roller rolling machine, which is more cost-effective.
