1.The movement of the left and right slides is driven by servo and runs on 45# linear guide rails, achieving smooth and free forward and backward movements
2.The profiling template is made of die steel and is quenched as a whole after fine processing. The hemming tool holder moves around the profiling template track. The template advance and retreat drive is a servo motor driven ball screw, and the speed and advance distance can be conveniently adjusted on the touch screen
3.The expansion mold is driven by a cylinder, which can shrink freely, ensuring that the appearance of the tightened product is not damaged and does not slip, and the tightening force is adjustable
4.Install safety grating protection on the front of the equipment
