2.The push claw is driven by a servo motor to move on a linear guide rail. The linear guide rail is made by Taiwan Hiwin. When changing the length of the product, you only need to set the corresponding product length on the touch screen, and the servo motor will run according to the required size

3.To prevent the deformation of the copper wire from affecting the welding of the next barrel , a second shaping and flattening wheel with synchronous power with the copper wire speed should be installed between the upper and lower welding wheels

4.The upper welding wheel, lower welding wheel and welding transformer are cooled independently to ensure the welding stability of the welding machine.
