Equipment Introduction

1.The feed transfer system is equipped with multiple sets of suction cups. The forward and backward movement of the transfer mode is driven by a reduction motor driving a synchronous belt, and the up and down movement is driven by a reduction motor driving the gear and rack to reciprocate on the guide rail

2.The feeding conveyor table is equipped with a clamp centering device, and the servo motor pushes the material into place

3.Four-roller installation type, the upper roller body is fixed as the main driving force, the lower roller body moves up and down, and the roller bodies on both sides move up and down obliquely. The two ends of the lower roller body and the roller bodies on both sides are synchronously pushed by a lift connected by a connecting rod. The lift is driven by a servo motor to accurately control the travel distance; the upper roller is driven by the servo motor and the reducer to drive the lower roller gear to rotate
