If there is still a certain degree of error in the angle of the CNC folding mechanism, it may not be due to problems with the mold or parallelism. This may be caused by the balance mechanism in the hydraulic system of the machine tool not being able to ensure that the pressure oil enters the left and right cylinders evenly and needs to be adjusted.
At this point, adjust the working mode of the CNC folding machine to the point-to-point adjustment state, then remove the mold or other accessories from the machine tool, make the slider stay on the mechanical stopper, and then adjust the pressure gauge to the desired pressure value.
The specific method is to compress the head of the dial gauge in the CNC folding machine by 3-4mm, and step on it to increase the system pressure. When the pressure of the bending machine system is increased or the system is unloaded, check the clockwise deviation of the dial gauge. If the specified value is reached, the operation can be stopped. Of course, in addition to the above methods, it should also be emphasized that the CNC folding machine must be well maintained to fully utilize its advantages.
