The plate bent by the bending machine has an R angle in the middle, which is generally related to the thickness of the plate. If the curvature in the middle exceeds the technical requirements, the straightness of the folded part cannot meet the requirements. The following methods are available for reference:
1. It may be due to unevenness between the upper and lower blades, as the mold is offset by an angle, resulting in the same angle but insufficient straightness.
2. It is caused by the lack of deflection compensation, which is similar to the displacement of each pair of molds.
3. The method can be to use a height ruler to measure the upper slider and lower worktable using a table, and see if they are parallel. If the mold is already parallel, find other reasons to solve it. If the angle is not consistent, adjust the inclined block to reduce the error. If there are no problems with the molds above and below, it's just that the pressure on the bending machine is uneven or the upper tool holder is deformed. Place a few thin sheets of paper at the bottom of the mold and slowly adjust it. This is the most common problem with bending machines. Generally, the angle in the middle is too large, mainly due to the slider problem, which can be solved by adjusting the slider. Generally, to avoid such a phenomenon, three cylinders can be selected with an additional oil cylinder in the middle.
