With the widespread use of plastic buried drainage pipes abroad, China has also begun to gradually adopt them in recent years. The reason is that plastic pipes have obvious advantages in performance. PVD large-diameter double-wall corrugated pipes are new engineering pipes developed internationally in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Its hollow ring structure is more reasonable in mechanics. Therefore, it has the characteristics of light texture, high strength and good toughness. At the same time, it also has the advantages of easy laying, low resistance and low cost. Corrosion resistance, its performance and economic efficiency far exceed the ordinary specifications of PVD pipes, traditional iron pipes and cement pipes, and are the replacement products of engineering pipes. It is widely used in agricultural irrigation and drainage, urban sewage discharge, low-pressure water delivery and other fields.

The main purpose of the large-diameter double-wall corrugated pipe expansion machine is to be used as a buried pipe. Under the action of gravity, the buried drainage pipe transports non-drinking, sewage, rainwater or other gases, liquids, etc. to users, sewage treatment plants, and rivers. Investment in equipment for environmental protection and water supply projects is increasing, and domestic cities are introducing sewage treatment projects and new water source projects into the recent development plan. The South-to-North Water Diversion Project and environmental protection projects have huge demands for pipelines. Large-diameter plastic pipes are practical and bring opportunities for their development, and will also play a huge role in promoting environmental protection planning!
