Automatic expansion machine installation process and common problems
1. The roadbed stipulates that the concrete should be irrigated basically, and the thickness of the concrete must exceed 100mm; the surface of the concrete should be ensured to be level;
2. Place the two separate fixing brackets and the enlarged mouth at the installation location and connect them again, and tighten the other installation screws.
3. If free online production is used, the center line of the machine should overlap with the center line of the production line during installation, and the center height should be adjusted.
4. Carry out horizontal calibration of the machine in the front, rear, left, right, and up and down directions.
5. Pour 160 liters of pure YA-N46 gear oil into the fuel tank. The hydraulic oil should be kept clean and crystalline, and should be introduced through the filter system when oil drips.
6. All elevator screw nuts, positioning pins, guide rods, transmission chains, and sprocket chains are filled with appropriate lubricating grease.
7. Connect the switching power supply system bus and control lines according to the circuit schematic diagram.
8. Install plastic hoses for power supply, drainage pipe mains and their connecting equipment according to the water channel diagram.
