The double-headed expanding machine is a device suitable for manufacturing the barrel of an electric water heater. The water tank or bucket of an electric water heater is a place to store water, so the barrel body and the barrel cover are connected by welding, which can ensure the sealing of the water tank or the barrel.
Before the barrel body and the barrel cover fit together, the expanding machine expands and rounds the two ends of the barrel body so that the barrel body can fit the barrel cover, and then performs the welding operation.
The double-headed expanding machine drives the expansion device to move through the driving device, and the expansion blades at both ends of the barrel body rotate at the same time, scraping the inner wall of the barrel body, so that the diameters of the two ends of the barrel body are expanded synchronously until the set size is reached. During the working process, the positioning device will lock the barrel body to ensure that the position of the expansion blade is fixed to avoid deviation during the scraping process.
