What Is A Welding Trolley?

The welding trolley is driven by the trolley travel motor when the welding workpiece is fixed, driving the welding gun to move along the track, thereby realizing automatic welding. Generally speaking, the automatic welding device consists of a welding trolley, a travel track, an automatic control system and other parts. It is mainly used for flat plate thick plate welding and corner welding on a horizontal plane, and can also be used for vertical plate vertical welding. As shown in the figure, the four wheels of the trolley travel on the track to drive the welding gun to move.
The CZ series welding manipulator is a mechatronic welding equipment, which is generally suitable for longitudinal seam welding and circumferential seam welding of the inner and outer seams of cylindrical workpieces such as boiler drums and petrochemical containers in pressure vessels. It is suitable for straight seam welding of large cylinders or pipelines and containers.
As shown in the right figure, the manipulator is generally composed of columns, beams (including racks and beam drive components), slewing mechanisms, slewing locking mechanisms, trolleys and other components. Each component is a building block structure, generally columns and beams are its basic components, and the remaining components can be selected according to user requirements. Through the left and right moving motors of the welding manipulator beam, the beam is driven to move straight on the track, driving the welding gun to move straight. The crossbeam can be raised and lowered to accommodate welding of workpieces of different sizes.
