Process flow of the belling machine
The process flow of the belling machine is as follows: after the pipe produced from the pipe production line enters the belling machine, it is quickly transported to the bracket by the conveying device, and then the horizontal moving frame moves the pipe to the station of the first heating box, and then the heating box moves forward, so that one end of the pipe is placed in the heating box for heating. After a certain period of time (usually the belling cycle of the belling die), the heating box retreats, and then the horizontal moving frame moves the pipe horizontally to the station of the second heating box, and then the heating box moves forward, so that the end of the pipe that has initially reached temperature is placed in the second heating box for further heating. After a certain period of time (usually the belling cycle of the belling die), the heating box retreats, and then the horizontal moving frame moves the pipe horizontally to the belling station. The conveying device compresses the pipe and conveys it to a certain position in the direction of the flaring car (controlled by a photoelectric stroke switch). The clamping cylinder of the clamping device moves to clamp the pipe, and then the flaring car moves toward the pipe under the push of the cylinder. The flaring die installed on the flaring car is inserted into the pipe for flaring. Then the air box moves forward under the push of the cylinder to form a sealed space in the air box. At the same time, the clamping block will loosen 5-10mm (the clamping cylinder action time is set to 0.6-0.8 seconds) to allow the pipe to move longitudinally. Then high-pressure air (about 0.4Mpa) is introduced into the air box to make the flared part of the pipe close to the flaring die. After a period of time (adjustable), the high-pressure air inlet is closed. Then, coolant is sprayed on the flared part of the pipe for cooling. After cooling for a period of time, the coolant stops spraying, the clamping block re-clamps the pipe, the flaring die core is pulled, and the flaring car retreats to demold. The clamping device releases the pipe, and the conveying device presses the pipe to remove it from the clamping device. Finally, the turning cylinder is activated to push the pipe onto the pipe transport vehicle next to the bracket.
