The double head necking-in machine is a manufacturing equipment used for the outer cylinder of electric water heaters. 1.The equipment adopts a double-head horizontal structure, and the frame is welded with steel sections and treated with vibration aging to eliminate material stress.
2.The spindle rotation mechanism is driven by a variable frequency motor, and the speed can be adjusted according to needs.
3.The preforming mechanism is installed on the work surface, and the
cylinder drives the inner and outer cutting dies to run on the linear
guide rails.
4.The closing mechanism is installed on the work surface, and the servo
motor drives the knife die to move on the guide rail to ensure the
straight line.
5.The die material is DC53, which has been strictly tempered and
quenched, and its service life is ≥ 100,000 pieces.
