The four-roller plate rolling machine is suitable for rolling the barrel of electric water heaters and solar water heaters. It can also be used for bending other metal plates. It can roll round, arc and conical workpieces within a certain range, and has the function of pre-bending the plate ends, with small remaining straight edges and high working efficiency. The metal plate can also be roughly leveled on this machine.
The machine is mainly composed of upper roller, lower roller, side roller and support roller, and is divided into unloading, pre-bending, positioning, rolling and unloading processes.
The four-roller rolling machine manufactured by our factory has the following advantages:
1.Automatic alignment. The plate is automatically aligned with the plate as soon as it approaches the rear roller, and the feeding process is automatically completed.
The upper and lower rollers precisely clamp the plate at the tangent position to obtain the shortest straight edge length and have excellent pre-bending function.
2.Plate feeding. The plate remains fixed between the two centered upper and lower rollers to ensure the accuracy of positioning.
3.The entire cylinder can be completed in one rolling, including the pre-bending of both ends of the plate. Only the side roller position needs to be determined to ensure automatic position correction without the need for plate turning.
4.Auxiliary equipment. Alignment, pre-bending and rolling are all centrally controlled. Fast and safe pre-bending can be achieved without damage to the edge of the plate; the lower support contains a material alignment device to eliminate the misalignment caused by the rolling process. The upper support is mainly set up to cooperate with the rolling of large-diameter cylinders, and can replace overhead lifting equipment to cooperate with plate rolling.
