Regarding the maintenance of the fully automatic flaring machine, the editor would like to share the following methods with you:
1. Check the water circuit, oil circuit, and gas circuit for leaks every shift.
2. Clean the machine every shift.
3. All lifting screws, guide posts, guide rods, chains, and sprockets should be filled with grease once a week.
4. All worm gear reducers should be lubricated once a year.
5. The hydraulic oil should be changed once a year and the oil tank should be cleaned and the pipeline should be unblocked.
6. The inner wall of the cooling water pipe is prone to scale formation, and the outer wall is prone to corrosion and rust. Careful inspection should be done during maintenance. Excessive scale will block the pipeline and fail to achieve the cooling effect. Severe rust will leak water. Therefore, descaling and anti-corrosion and cooling measures must be taken during maintenance.
7. Regularly conduct a comprehensive inspection of the machine every year. The machine needs to be disassembled, inspected, measured, and identified for the wear of the main components, replace the parts that have reached the specified wear limit, and repair the damaged parts.
8. Designate a person to be responsible for equipment maintenance. And record each maintenance and repair in detail and include it in the factory equipment management file.
