In order to ensure that the electric traction control system works well and reliably, low-voltage electrical appliances must be correctly selected and used according to the technical requirements of the control circuit. Improper selection or use will lead to various faults, and even damage electrical equipment in serious cases. Control devices can be divided into two categories: manual and automatic. Manual control devices are operated by staff, such as knife switches, combination switches, etc.; automatic control devices automatically operate according to instructions, signals or changes in certain physical quantities (time, speed, temperature, etc.), such as relays, contactors, travel switches, etc.
